We are committed to delivering high-quality services and creating a positive impact on the community.Job OverviewAs the Facilities & Public Services Section Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of all facilities and public services provided by our company. You will lead a team of professionals and ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of facilities and public services provided by the companyManage and supervise a team of professionals, including facility managers, maintenance staff, and service providersOversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructureEnsure compliance with safety and health regulations in all facilities and public spacesDevelop and monitor budgets for facility operations and public servicesIdentify and implement cost‑saving measures to optimize resourcesCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and coordination of servicesLiaise with government agencies and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standardsDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service deliveryConduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptlyStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve services and operationsPrepare reports and presentations on the performance of facilities and public services to managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in an Emirati instituteStrong leadership skills and experience in managing a teamIn-depth knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in MS Office and facilities management softwareWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and developmentA dynamic and diverse work environmentA chance to make a positive impact on the community through our servicesJoin our team and be a part of a company that is committed to providing high-quality facilities and public services to the community.
