Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll doThe Project Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site fit-out activities for dark store projects across the UAE. The role ensures that works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations, maintaining quality, safety, and timely completion.Supervise day-to-day fit-out, MEP, AC, Cold Rooms and finishing works on site.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work progress as per schedule.Verify that all installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works) meet project and authority standards.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with HSE requirements.Report project progress, issues, and delays to the Fit-Out Manager.Support authority inspection readiness (Civil Defense, Municipality, DEWA, etc.).Ensure site housekeeping, safety, and proper material handling at all times.Assist in snagging and final handover activities.What you\'ll needQualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor’s in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out supervision, preferably in retail or dark store projects.Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, authority standards, and fit-out sequencing.Ability to handle multiple sites and deliver under tight deadlines.UAE driving license is mustKey SkillsSite supervision and coordinationKnowledge of MEP and civil fit-outTime and resource managementQuality and safety controlProblem-solving and communicationWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
