Facility Administrator

OverviewThis is a permanent, full-time position for a Facility Administrator based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.NewEast Isuzu KSA is a leading automotive company in Saudi Arabia, specializing in the sales and service of Isuzu vehicles. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality, we have become a trusted name in the industry.ResponsibilitiesOversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, including regular cleaning, repairs, and renovations.Manage the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment for the facilities.Develop and implement facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for any necessary repairs or renovations.Monitor and track facility expenses to ensure budget compliance.Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential hazards or maintenance issues.Respond promptly to any facility emergencies or security concerns.Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility needs are met and operations run smoothly.Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and repairs.Train and supervise facility staff, including janitorial and maintenance personnel.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Health insurance and other benefits.Opportunities for career growth and development.Dynamic and supportive work environment.If you are a self-motivated and experienced Facility Specialist looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this position.
