Facility Management Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Facility Management Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building services and infrastructure across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP systems, safety protocols, and service contracts are functioning efficiently, and that facilities are maintained to the highest standards.The Candidate Must Meet The Following QualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, preferably in commercial/industrial/residential buildings.Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).Familiarity with CAFM systems and maintenance management software is an advantage.Good understanding of local authority compliance requirements.Excellent organizational and communication skills.UAE driving license mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
