Facility Management Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Facility Management Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC, Fire Alarm, and MEP systems, particularly in high‑rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, and technical evaluations for facility management contracts.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for Facility Management (FM) projectsAnalyze drawings, specifications, and scope for HVAC, Fire Alarm, and MEP systemsPrepare BOQs, material take‑offs, and pricing sheetsConduct site visits for assessment and scope verificationCoordinate with procurement team for vendor quotationsEvaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate pricingPrepare tender documents and commercial submissionsIdentify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising qualitySupport technical clarifications during bidding stageAssist in variation cost estimation and project budgetingRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical EngineeringMinimum 5–10 years experience in MEP/FM estimationProven experience in High‑Rise Building Estimation ProjectsStrong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ducting)Good understanding of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systemsExperience in BOQ preparation and tender documentationProficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation softwareStrong analytical and cost control skillsGCC experience preferredAvailable for immediate joining#J-18808-Ljbffr
