The ideal candidate will bring both fashion expertise and market insight, with a strong focus on abaya design and emerging trends in the GCC region. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify new trends, patterns, and customer preferences.Develop creative concepts and tickpack designs aligned with brand vision.Source and evaluate fabric suppliers to ensure quality and innovation.Collaborate closely with employees and oversee the design process from concept to execution.Ensure designs are aligned with current GCC market demands and brand standards. Qualifications Proven experience in fashion design, preferably with abayas.Strong knowledge of GCC fashion trends and consumer preferences.Ability to create patterns, technical packs, and fabric selections.Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.A genuine passion for fashion design and attention to detail. Required Skills Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fashion design, specifically focusing on Abaya and high-end modest wear.Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fabric characteristics, garment construction, and embroidery techniques. Ability to create patterns, technical packs, and fabric selections.Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating successful collections and innovative design concepts.Language: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.Strong knowledge of GCC fashion trends and consumer preferences.Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.A genuine passion for fashion design and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience in branding and product development.Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices.
