Job Description

Job OverviewSeeking qualified KSA nationals to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the full product lifecycle, including development, field deployment, and ongoing performance optimization of safety and automated pressure control systems at energy worksites.This role requires close collaboration with internal departments and clients to deliver technical training, perform equipment data analysis, lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, and support new product introductions. The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong technical competency, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to operational excellence in both office and field environments.Role and ResponsibilitiesData Management & AnalysisCollect and analyze remote equipment dataMaintain databases and assist in developing data algorithmsRecommend equipment improvements based on data insightsEngineering SupportServe as a technical resource for internal teamsEnsure compliance with engineering standards and best practicesRepresent engineering in discussions with clients and vendorsIdentify and lead service efficiency improvement projectsPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvement initiativesProduct DevelopmentLead field trials and startup activities for new productsTrain personnel and customers on new equipment and systemsProvide structured feedback for product enhancementsQuality AssuranceCertify equipment and assess compliance with applicable standardsConduct internal audits and recommend corrective actionsField RequirementsDemonstrate ability and willingness to work in remote field locationsSupport field operations as required to ensure operational excellenceQualificationsMechanical diploma or related field with a minimum of 4 years of experienceOil & Gas industry experience preferredExperience with hydraulics, automation, industrial control systems, and high-pressure pumpsBasic knowledge of hydraulic systems and high-pressure pumping equipmentElectrical troubleshooting and field electrical experienceFamiliarity with instrumentation systems and controlsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and documentation skillsFamiliar with ISO, API/ASME standards, P&IDs, and SolidWorksStrong communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressureValid driver’s license and willingness to travelForklift and crane operation licenses preferredFrac, well testing, coil tubing, drilling experience preferredProficiency in the English language#J-18808-Ljbffr
