This role will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, overseeing project financials, and laying the foundations of the finance department. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who enjoys building systems, working closely with leadership, and managing finance in a project-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end financial operations (invoicing, payments, expenses, collections)Own project financial management, including budgeting and cost trackingPrepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summariesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningCoordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and consultantsEnsure financial compliance and proper documentationSupport contract financial terms and milestone-based paymentsBuild and document internal finance processes and controlsSupport the gradual build-out of the finance departmentQualifications4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial managementBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldStrong Excel and financial reporting skillsExperience with project-based financial managementExposure to government or semi-government projects is a strong plusOrganized, detail-oriented, and reliableComfortable working in an early-stage, fast‑paced environmentWilling to grow into a broader finance leadership role as the company scales#J-18808-Ljbffr
