Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in Mining and Industrial Mineral.The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management, the role requires strong expertise in financial leadership, IFRS standards, and financial compliance within the Saudi market, while supporting the company’s growth and operational efficiency.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaKey AccountabilitiesDevelop financial strategies and manage company budgets and forecasts.Monitor cash flow and financial performance.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and Zakat regulations in Saudi Arabia.Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.Lead and develop the finance team.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).Professional certification such as CPA, SOCPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience, including leadership of a finance department.Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations in KSA.Proficiency in English and Arabic.#J-18808-Ljbffr
