Finance Manager - Packaging ROW Central Programs

Job OverviewThe Finance Manager will be a finance partner to RoW Central Programs Leadership supporting key business decisions while driving cost improvement programs. This includes among other things responsibility for financial metrics reporting forecasting and analysis. The successful candidate will be strategic analytical and have demonstrated ability to effectively manage the finances of a highgrowth business.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild financial analysis models driving operational decisions across the Amazon network.Work on cost out initiatives.Work on long term plan, annual budgets, etc.Automate existing models and tools to contribute in scaleup of the Amazons supply chain network.Operations planning and cost planning for the Network.Evaluate and improve methodologies that are the core of our business models and tools.Collaborate with operations personnel to drive process productivity improvements and cost savings initiatives.Manage the weekly, monthly and quarterly results reporting.Facilitate financial review meetings with key partner business groups.About the teamAre you an individual who thrives on making lightningfast decisions while effortlessly navigating the complexities of stakeholder management? Just remember the road less traveled is often the one that leads to the most rewarding destinations.Qualifications5 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience.5 years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.6 years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience.6 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.6 years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making experience.6 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.6 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.Bachelors degree in engineering statistics or business, or Bachelors degree and 5 years of quantitative role (engineering, process reengineering, quality assurance) experience.6 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience.6 years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements or customer benefits) experience.MBA or CPA.Knowledge of SQL/ETL.Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and data interpretation of results.Required Experience: ManagerOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
