Finance Manager

Our client, a leading F&B company in Jeddah, KSA, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead their Finance department.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning and AnalysisAssist in the development of the company's financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets.Perform financial analysis to support decision-making, including trend analysis, margin analysis, cost control, and profitability reviews.Provide reports on financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership and the board.Monitor and analyze financial results to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Financial Reporting and ComplianceOversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process to ensure the company meets regulatory requirements.Assist with the preparation of year-end financial reports and other regulatory filings.Cash Flow ManagementMonitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure operational needs are met, including working capital.Strategic Business SupportSupport decision-making through financial planning, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario planning.Collaborate with other departments to drive cost efficiencies and operational improvements.Provide financial insights to assist in strategic planning, pricing models, and long-term business forecasting.Team LeadershipHelp build a strong financial culture within the company that encourages transparency, accountability, and growth.Risk ManagementIdentify financial and operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a balanced approach to risk and reward.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management.Understanding of corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial software tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).Knowledge of tax regulations, corporate governance, and risk management.Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively across various functions and levels of the organization.Proficient in English & Arabic and already based in KSA.#J-18808-Ljbffr
