Financial Controller / Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller / Finance Manager with strong automotive industry experience. The role will work closely with vehicle manufacturers (OEMs) and internal business teams to manage financial planning, pricing strategy, budgeting, and overall financial performance of the automotive business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the automotive divisionWork closely with OEM principals on financial reporting, pricing structures, and commercial performanceAnalyze vehicle pricing, margins, and profitability across different models and product linesMonitor vehicle ordering plans and financial impact related to inventory and sales targetsPrepare financial forecasts based on market demand, sales pipeline, and business strategyControl costs and monitor financial performance to ensure business targets are achievedPrepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and variance analysisSupport management with financial insights for business decisions and growth planningEnsure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory requirementsCoordinate with sales, supply chain, and operations teams on financial planning and performanceQualifications and Skills10+ years of finance experience, preferably in the automotive industryStrong experience working with automotive OEM principals and dealer networksExperience in pricing strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisStrong understanding of vehicle ordering cycles, inventory planning, and profitability managementProfessional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalentStrong knowledge of financial reporting and management accounting#J-18808-Ljbffr
