DescriptionApt Resources is excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Financial Director to join a prestigious 4star luxurious hotel in Dubai. As the Financial Director you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and managing all financial operations within the hotel. Your role will include financial planning analysis and management of budgeting and forecasting processes in order to enhance profitability and ensure compliance with financial regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the financial planning and analysis function to foster datadriven decisionmakingManage the hotels financial performance including oversight of accounting cash flow and budgetingDevelop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing profitability and optimizing financial resultsPrepare accurate financial statements reports and forecasts for senior managementDirect and oversee the audit process ensuring compliance with financial regulationsCollaborate with department heads to provide financial insight and guidance on cost managementImplement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and enhance accountabilityLead mentor and develop the finance team fostering a culture of high performanceRequirementsBachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA or CMA is preferredA minimum of 8 years of progressive financial management experience preferably in the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices specifically in hotel finance with Audit and Compliance backgroundProven track record of successful budgeting forecasting and financial analysisExceptional leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical and problemsolving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organizationProficiency with SUN Systems financial management software and toolsMust be currently located in the UAE and available for an inperson interviewBenefitsSalary is AED(All in)Required ExperienceDirector#J-18808-Ljbffr
