OverviewDo you have extensive knowledge of Fire Safety Legislation and Regulations? Have you worked to develop and implement effective fire safety policies and procedures? As Fire Safety Expert you will assume a pivotal role in the development and implementation of comprehensive fire safety programs and policies. Your key responsibilities will be:ResponsibilitiesDefining the global processes, procedures and guidelinesEnsuring global procedures are understood, digested and implemented at all Beckers sitesOrganizing audits at the sites on fire protection and conducting risk analysesChallenging sites on action plan implementationEnforcing fire prevention regulations and legislationOrganising fire education and training for staffCoaching sites on improving fire prevention measuresQualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field10 years of experience in safety engineering in the energy, industrial, chemical or battery storage sectorsExperience and proven knowledge on Electrostatic electricityProven track record in fire suppression systems, gas detection and explosion-proof technologiesStrong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory energy fieldAbility to document and communicate safety processes clearly to teams and external stakeholdersAdditional InformationBeckers Group is an Equal Opportunity employer.
