Fit out Construction Manager

OverviewWe are looking for Fit out Construction Manager with 7+ years of experience in luxury residential or high-end developments in the UAE, specifically managing fit-out works such as ceilings, partitions, joinery, finishes, and coordination with subcontractors and consultants. They should also be familiar with local authority approvals and high-standard project execution.UAE onlyResponsibilitiesLead and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out works in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and timelines.Coordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely decision-making.Review and monitor project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation to ensure progress aligns with the approved project timeline.Supervise site activities and ensure that all fit-out works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure proper coordination, productivity, and adherence to contract requirements.Ensure Compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control measures to optimize resource utilization.Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to avoid delays and operational issues.Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders to resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and handover procedures in accordance with project requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)PMP certification is highly preferredMembership of the Society of Engineers (SOE – UAE) is preferredDubai Municipality (DM) Engineering License / G+ Unlimited is a strong advantageAny additional professional certifications related to construction or project management will be considered an advantageKey CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and authoritiesSolid knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standardsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale projects efficiently#J-18808-Ljbffr
