OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, polished, and service-driven Female Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to lead frontline service teams in a world-class hospitality environment, delivering exceptional dining experiences to VIPs, dignitaries, and international guests.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations in restaurants, lounges, and VIP eventsLead, motivate, and support service staff to maintain exceptional service qualityEnsure guests receive a warm welcome and a seamless, elegant dining experienceOversee order accuracy, service timing, and presentation standardsMaintain in-depth knowledge of menus, ingredients, wine, and beverage pairingsAnticipate guest needs and resolve requests or complaints professionally and discreetlyEnsure tables, service stations, and dining areas meet luxury cleanliness and presentation standardsCoordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flowEnforce international service etiquette, grooming, and luxury hospitality standardsAssist with staff training, onboarding, and performance monitoringRepresent the hotel brand with professionalism, confidence, and leadershipRequirementsPrevious experience as an F&B Supervisor or senior service role in a 5-star hotel, fine dining restaurant, or luxury hospitality environmentStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsFluent in English; Russian and/or German speakers highly preferredExcellent guest service mindset with strong attention to detailWell-groomed, professional appearanceFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysSalary & BenefitsBasic Salary: AED 3,000 per month (approx.
