As a Food and Beverage Supervisor your main pourpose will be to oversee and coordinate daily operations ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our guests. The main duties include:Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations ensuring smooth and efficient serviceLead and motivate the food and beverage team providing training and support as neededMonitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to promote professional developmentMaintain high standards of hygiene health and safety in all food and beverage areasCollaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order deliveryHandle guest inquiries concerns and complaints in a professional and timely mannerAssist in the development and implementation of service standards policies and proceduresConduct regular inspections of dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setupQualificationsProven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar leadership roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesThorough understanding of food and beverage service standardsAbility to multitask and work well under pressureFlexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidaysProficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
