(FRACTIONAL) Talent Acquisition Specialist

<div><p>At Hiry we connect top-tier DTC and eCommerce brands with high-performing marketing creative and operations talent.</p><p>We're not a typical recruiting agency; we operate more like an internal extension of our clients combining speed precision and personal connection to deliver real results.</p><p>We're looking for a<b>Talent Acquisition Specialist</b>who knows how to spot A-players fast, hold quality conversations and make sure candidates are a great fit before they ever meet the client.</p><h3>Tasks</h3><ul><li>Source and identify top DTC-focused talent (e.g. marketers, creatives, operations managers).</li><li>Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms with high-quality personalized messages.</li><li>Qualify candidates through initial chats or structured calls assessing both technical skills and culture fit.</li><li>Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients ensuring smooth communication.</li><li>Keep everything organized in our CRM (Airtable / ClickUp) and track candidate status accurately.</li><li>Collaborate daily with our<b>Customer Success Manager</b>and<b>Interview Manager</b>to align on priorities, client feedback and next steps.</li><li>Suggest process improvements to keep our sourcing and matching flow sharp, fast and clutter-free.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in recruiting or talent sourcing ideally within marketing creative or DTC industries.</li><li>Comfortable working with outreach tools, boolean search and LinkedIn.</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills (you’ll be messaging a lot of candidates daily).</li><li>Highly organized and proactive; we value precision, structure and ownership.</li><li>Fluent in English; confident holding warm natural conversations with candidates.</li><li>Positive, fast-moving and detail-oriented personality who thrives in a small hands-on team.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Work directly with fast-growing DTC brands across the world.</li><li>Learn modern recruiting and client-side communication; you’ll work closely with leadership not behind the scenes.</li><li>Remote setup with structured routines check-ins and full operational support.</li><li>Clear systems, no clutter and a transparent performance environment; smooth not chaotic.</li><li>Opportunity to grow into senior roles (Interview Manager or Client Manager) as we scale.</li><li>Contractor / freelancer agreement (independent contractor setup).</li><li>Performance-based pay structure pay-per-application ($5-10) or pay-per-closing ($200-500).</li><li>Weekly beginning-of-week status update to stay aligned with the team.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
