We’re growing and expanding our Front of House team with people who are experienced, energetic, and proud of great service.We’re hiring for two rolesFront of House SupervisorWaiter / WaitressIf you’re hospitality-first, calm under pressure, and serious about service details—this is for you.1) Front of House SupervisorRole OverviewYou’ll lead shifts end-to-end, coach the team, and keep service smooth, fast, and guest-focused.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily shifts: opening, service flow, and closing routinesRun the floor: seating, table turns, cleanliness, timing, and guest recoveryCoach and guide the team on menu knowledge, service steps, and upsellingHandle guest issues professionally and quicklyCoordinate with BOH/bar to keep ticket flow and pickup timing consistentEnsure SOPs are followed (hygiene, cash handling, checklists, standards)Maintain grooming, discipline, and a strong service culture on shiftRequirements3+ years in hospitality/service with supervisor/shift lead experienceStrong table service fundamentals and confident guest communicationComfortable with POS and basic end-of-shift checksStrong English (Arabic is a plus)Flexible with weekends and peak hours2) Waiter / WaitressRole OverviewYou’ll deliver standout table service: warm welcome, accurate ordering, smooth timing, and a clean station—especially during busy periods.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests, guide them through the menu, and take accurate ordersDeliver food/beverages with correct timing and presentationCheck back, anticipate needs, and resolve issues earlyUpsell naturally: best-sellers, add-ons, and pairings (helpful, not pushy)Keep your station clean, organized, and guest-ready at all timesCoordinate with BOH/bar for smooth service and correct pickupsFollow SOPs, hygiene standards, and grooming requirementsRequirements1–3+ years waiter/waitress experience in café/restaurant serviceHospitality mindset: warm, respectful, and guest-focusedStrong English (Arabic is a plus)Fast, organized, calm under pressure, and a team playerFlexible with weekends and peak hoursWhat we value (for both roles)Hospitality > attitude > egoStrong standards, cleanliness, and attention to detailTeamwork, accountability, and reliabilityA genuine desire to make guests feel looked afterWhat you’ll getA standards-led environment with training and clear expectationsGrowth opportunities as we expandCompetitive package (based on experience)A professional, respectful team cultureHow to applyApply with your CV and include:Role you’re applying for (Supervisor or Waiter/Waitress)Current location + notice periodBrief summary of your most recent hospitality experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
