The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury interiors, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering exceptional results.Responsibilities:Oversee all operations of the company, including sales, marketing, project management, and financeDevelop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitabilityManage and lead a team of designers, project managers, and other staff, ensuring high levels of performance and productivityFoster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and attention to detailMaintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionMonitor industry trends and competition, making recommendations for improvement and innovationDevelop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are metEnsure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsImplement and maintain processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiencyCollaborate with the design team to ensure all projects align with the company's brand and visionRepresent the company at industry events and networking opportunitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the luxury interiors industryStrong understanding of project management principles and experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of delivering exceptional results and driving business growthStrong financial acumen and experience managing budgetsAbility to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of performanceKnowledge of industry trends and competitionStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwareWillingness to travel for client meetings and industry events#J-18808-Ljbffr
