You will become part of a vibrant and expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of properties maintaining tenant satisfaction and optimizing operational performance. This role requires strong leadership financial management and problemsolving skills to handle tenant payments requests and propertyrelated issues effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day‑to‑day property management operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.Verify and monitor tenant payments, follow up on outstanding balances and implement effective rent collection strategies.Address tenant inquiries, complaints and maintenance requests promptly to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.Manage property maintenance and repairs by coordinating with vendors, contractors and internal teams.Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates and minimize vacancies.Ensure compliance with local property laws, lease agreements and regulatory requirements.Prepare financial reports, analyze budgets and efficiently manage property‑related expenses.Lead and supervise property management staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.Conduct periodic property inspections to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of buildings and facilities.Implement and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and the tenant experience.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor s degree in Accounting, Real Estate Management or Civil Engineering.25 years of experience in property management, real estate or a similar role.Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.UAE Driving License is required.Salary & BenefitsSalary: AED 4000Nationality: AnyGender: MaleLanguage Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic.Other Benefits: Visa insurance and flight ticket.Bonuses: Yearly bonus based on performance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
