You will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well‑being of our students by providing a wide range of primary healthcare services, including:Routine checkups and physical examinationsDiagnosis and treatment of minor illnesses and injuriesManagement of chronic health conditionsVaccinations and immunizationsPre‑participation examinations for sports or physical activitiesEducation and guidance on healthy living habitsWe are particularly interested in a candidate who:Understands and respects Islamic values and principles.Possesses a genuine interest in the well‑being of children and adolescents.Enjoys working in a collaborative school environment and building relationships with students, staff, and parents.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive medical assessments of students and diagnose minor illnesses and injuries.Develop and implement treatment plans for students, working collaboratively with parents and specialists when necessary.Provide preventative healthcare services, including vaccinations, immunizations, and health education.Manage chronic health conditions of students in a school setting.Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for each student.Collaborate with school nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student care.Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.Contribute to the development and implementation of school health policies and protocols.Foster a positive and trusting relationship with students and address their health concerns with sensitivity.Qualifications:Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a specialization in General Practice (GP) or Family Medicine (FM).Valid medical license to practice in Dubai, UAE.Minimum 2 years of experience working as a GP in a clinical or school setting (experience working with children and adolescents is highly desirable).Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence‑based medicine.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in the well‑being of children.Ability to work independently and manage a patient load effectively.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Arabic (highly desirable).Familiarity with Islamic values and principles is a significant advantage.Competitive salary and benefits package.
