Geotechnical Engineer

JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing geotechnical engineering projects, providing expert insights and innovative solutions to complex geotechnical challenges. This position requires a strong foundation in geotechnical principles, as well as practical experience in design and site evaluation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed geotechnical investigations, including sampling, testing, and analysis of soil materials.Prepare comprehensive geotechnical reports, presenting findings, designs, and recommendations to stakeholders.Develop geotechnical design plans for a variety of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.Collate and assess data from field investigations, laboratory testing, and numerical modeling.Collaborate with project teams to integrate geotechnical aspects into overall engineering designs.Monitor construction activities to ensure that geotechnical design specifications are met.Engage with clients and project stakeholders to communicate project needs and findings effectively.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.5+ years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering.Solid understanding of geotechnical investigation methods and soil behavior.Proficiency with geotechnical design software (e.g., PLAXIS, Geostudio) and AutoCAD.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.Be part of a collaborative and supportive team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
