Through initiatives, events, and strategic partnerships, Creators HQ connects creators with platforms, brands, and opportunities that help them grow their reach, impact, and business.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly connected and proactive Global Creators Manager (Arab Creators) to join the Creators team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with high‑potential Arab creators across the GCC and MENA region. You will act as the main point of contact for creators, helping them integrate into Creators HQ programs, global campaigns, and brand partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in influencer management, excellent relationship‑building skills, and deep knowledge of the regional creator ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Scouting & Onboarding: Identify, source, and onboard high‑potential Arab creators across the GCC and MENA region.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators for Creators HQ programs and initiatives.Creator Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Arab creators within the Creators HQ ecosystem, building long‑term relationships and maintaining trust with creators and their teams.Campaign & Partnership Integration: Integrate Arab creators into global campaigns and brand partnerships, ensuring creators are well prepared and properly briefed for brand collaborations and initiatives.Creator Strategy & Alignment: Ensure creator profiles align with Creators HQ brand identity and community standards, and support the growth and visibility of Arab creators within the global creator ecosystem.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in influencer management or creator partnerships.Strong planning and organizational skills.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing partnerships.Fluent in Arabic.Skills & AttributesStrong understanding of the Arab creator ecosystem.Existing relationships with regional content creators.Bilingual communication abilities.Strong multitasking and coordination skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
