This role requires a visionary experiential strategist with deep expertise in high‑scale global events, exceptional operational leadership, and proven success delivering transformative brand moments across markets.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and own a comprehensive global events strategy aligned with brand positioning, integrated marketing, and commercial priorities. Establish a global event calendar ensuring cohesion, cultural relevance, and strong market execution. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the Founder on flagship moments, product launches, and major experiences. Lead creative visioning for global shows, brand moments, and immersive experiences, translating Founder direction into best‑in‑class experiential concepts.Global Event Execution: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of global and regional events, from concepting, creative design, and pre‑production through execution and post‑event evaluation. Oversee all experiential formats, including large‑scale shows, influencer & VIP experiences, retail activations, pop‑ups, masterclasses, and global launch events. Ensure every event reflects brand aesthetics, values, and storytelling while delivering a premium guest experience. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Influencer, Social, Product, Commercial) to ensure integrated event planning. Manage external partners, including production agencies, creative studios, technical vendors, and talent partners, to ensure flawless delivery.
