With a strong presence across the Middle East, SJ delivers integrated solutions across the built environment, supporting major infrastructure and development programmes worldwide.Our Programme Management Office (PMO) business provides programme governance, digital PMO solutions, programme controls, and commercial management across major infrastructure and giga developments.## **The Role**We are seeking a Global PMO Business Development Lead to drive strategic growth and secure high-value PMO, PMC, and Digital PMO opportunities globally, with a primary focus on the Middle East market.Based in **Riyadh**, this role will focus on developing executive-level client relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and positioning Surbana Jurong as a leader in programme governance and Digital PMO solutions across the region.## **Key Responsibilities*** Develop and execute growth strategies for PMO and programme management services, with a primary focus on the Middle East market.* Identify and originate opportunities across giga projects, infrastructure, real estate, and government programmes.* Build strong relationships with ministries, sovereign entities, PIF-related developments, and major developers.* Lead opportunity development from EOI through RFP to contract award.* Support bid strategy, win themes, and commercial positioning.* Strengthen Surbana Jurong’s market presence in Digital PMO and programme controls solutions.## **Key Qualifications and Experience*** 15+ years of experience globally and minimum 5 yrs in the Middle East market* Proven track record in business development within PMO, PMC, programme controls, or infrastructure advisory.* Strong background in project or programme management environments.* Understanding of Digital PMO platforms and PMIS systems.* Established client relationships in Saudi Arabia or GCC.* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.## **Preferred*** Native Arabic speaker.* Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.* Experience working on major giga-project programmes.* Exposure to digital transformation initiatives within PMO environments.**How to apply:**Please submit your application through our official careers portal and follow the instructions.**Note:** Recruitment for this role is being managed internally.
