You’ll craft compelling messages, turning market moments, trends, and product updates into content that informs, entertains, and sparks conversation across a global crypto audience. Let’s get in touch.What You’ll Be DoingManaging and growing the social media presence for Revolut Crypto and Rev X across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok, with a focus on X (Twitter)Creating engaging, social‑first content by translating complex crypto topics into clear, compelling stories for our audienceSupporting product launches, feature releases, and campaigns through impactful social storytelling while staying aware of what other players and creators are doing in the spaceCollaborating closely with Product, Copy, and Design teams to plan and execute campaigns, announcements, and content initiativesMonitoring crypto trends, market news, and community sentiment to create timely and relevant contentActively engaging with our community by responding to comments and messages, joining conversations, and helping build a loyal and engaged followingTracking performance metrics, analysing results, and continuously optimising content strategies to drive growth and engagementContributing reactive and trend‑led content ideas by capturing real‑time opportunitiesWhat You’ll Need4+ years of experience managing social media for fintech, crypto, or Web3 brandsA passion for crypto, fintech, digital culture, and Web3 communities, with the ability to translate complex crypto and trading topics into clear, engaging, and compliant contentAn understanding of social‑first content to quickly identify trends, high‑performing formats, and what drives engagementFamiliarity with X (Twitter) and crypto‑native communitiesImpressive copywriting skills to craft short, impactful content that aligns with brand tone and feels native to each platformA curious and proactive mindset, always exploring new formats, trends, and opportunities to contribute fresh ideasExperience using social media management and scheduling tools, such as Sprout or Meta Business ManagerA data‑driven approach, with experience using analytics tools to track performance and optimise content strategiesExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneouslyFluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative, team‑first attitude to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, global team environmentNice to haveExperience with design tools, such as Adobe and FigmaImportant Notice for CandidatesOnly apply through official Revolut channels.
