As a Golf Ops Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional customer service to our golfers.Greet and assist golfers, providing information about the course, tee times, and facilitiesManage tee time reservations and maintain an organized scheduling systemOperate the pro shop's point-of-sale system for merchandise sales and green fee transactionsAssist with golf cart operations, including cleaning, charging, and staging carts for playMonitor pace of play and address any issues that arise on the courseMaintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop and surrounding areasAssist with setting up and breaking down tournament eventsProvide basic information about golf rules and etiquette to guests as neededCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experiencePerform opening and closing procedures for the pro shopHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorBasic knowledge of golf and understanding of golf course operations and etiquetteProficiency in computer systems, including POS and scheduling softwareStrong cash handling and basic math skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and work in hot weather conditionsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as neededPrevious experience in golf course operations or hospitality industry preferredGolf-related certifications are a plus but not requiredCompetitive salary packageProfessional and supportive work environmentOpportunities for growth within a reputed brand.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionGeneral Business, Management, and Business DevelopmentIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet#J-18808-Ljbffr
