Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Government Relations Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab this critical role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with government entities ensuring our organizations interests are effectively represented and aligned with local and federal regulations.Develop and implement strategic government relations plans to support the organizations objectivesServe as the primary liaison between the organization and government officials at local and federal levelsMonitor and analyze political developments legislative activities and regulatory changes that may impact the organizationPrepare and deliver presentations position papers and briefings to senior management and government stakeholdersCoordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with government regulations and policiesDevelop and maintain a network of key contacts within government agencies and relevant industry associationsRepresent the organization at government meetings hearings and industry eventsCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate complex regulatory environmentsManage government-related projects and initiatives ensuring timely completion and reportingProvide strategic advice to senior leadership on government affairs and public policy mattersQualifications :Bachelors degree in Political Science International Relations Public Policy or related field; Masters degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in government relations public affairs or a related fieldProven track record of successfully managing relationships with government entities in the UAEStrong understanding of UAE political landscape and regulatory environmentIn-depth knowledge of local and federal government structures in the UAEFamiliarity with NAMEs government structure and local regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with government officials and senior executivesStrong negotiation and lobbying skillsProficiency in policy analysis and developmentDemonstrated ability in stakeholder management and project managementFluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issuesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAdditional Information :Whats In It for YouLots of opportunity to progress and switch it up as part of a global family of brands.Great healthcare competitive salary and some nice extra perks across the Ennismore family of brands!Learning opportunities to broaden your skillset and development that helps you think make and thrive at workThe opportunity to be yourself and collaborate with other bright minds in a relaxed innovative cultureRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
