Job Description

The Government Relations Supervisor is responsible for managing all government-related processes and ensuring full compliance with local regulations. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the company and government authorities, handling documentation, permits, licenses, and employee-related governmental services efficiently and in a timely manner.Key ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with government authorities (e.g., Jawazat, MOHRSD, Muqeem, Absher, etc.)Handle Iqama issuance, renewals, and compliance trackingEnsure company compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulationsManage platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and MudadSupervise and follow up on Saudization (Nitaqat) requirementsProcess company licenses, commercial registrations, and renewalsCoordinate with internal departments for documentation and approvalsMaintain accurate records of all government transactionsHandle any government inspections, audits, or inquiriesLead and supervise GRO team and daily operationsEnsure timely processing of employee-related government servicesQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fieldMinimum 5–8 years of experience in Government Relations within Saudi ArabiaStrong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government platformsProven experience managing visas, Iqama, and company documentationExperience with platforms such as Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, and MudadStrong communication and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesLeadership experience is requiredPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in construction, contracting, or multi-industry organizationsStrong network within government entitiesArabic fluency (spoken and written) is a must; English is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
