Graduate Project Manager- Architecture UAE National

We are seeking a motivated and organized UAE National Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.The Junior Project Manager will assist senior team members in managing various architectural projects ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and according to the firms quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in project management within the architecture industry.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination: Assist in the day‑to‑day management and coordination of architectural projects from initiation to completion. This includes maintaining project schedules, managing resources and ensuring that tasks are completed in line with project timelines.Document Control: Organize and maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, change orders and other important documents. Ensure that all project files are up to date and accessible to the team.Budget & Resource Tracking: Assist in tracking project budgets, expenditures and resource allocation. Help in identifying potential budget overruns and report discrepancies to senior project managers.Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks or challenges in the project and help senior managers develop strategies to mitigate them. Assist in solving problems as they arise during the course of the project.Quality Control: Support the project team in ensuring that the architectural designs and construction work adhere to the companys quality standards and regulatory requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, engineers and other professionals to ensure effective project .QualificationsA degree in Architecture Project Management or a related field is preferred.12 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management ideally in the architecture or construction industry.Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Procore Asana MS Project) is a plus.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and in a team environment.A proactive attitude with the ability to think critically and problemsolve.Additional InformationPreferred SkillsKnowledge of architectural design and construction processes.Familiarity with building codes, regulations and industry standards.Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control in construction projects.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
