Graduate Trainee Commercial - Emirati Talent

The Graduate Trainee/Engineer - Commercial Development will support the commercial team in market analysis, sales planning, pricing support, customer coordination, and business development initiatives. This role is designed to develop a strong understanding of the cement industry’s commercial operations while building analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to join our team in Musaffah, ICAD 1, Abu Dhabi.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Commercial Development team in market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting.Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and commercial performance analysis.Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams to support commercial initiatives.Help in pricing analysis, contract preparation, and customer proposal documentation.Track sales volumes, revenues, discounts, and customer performance metrics.Assist in identifying new market opportunities, customers, and product applications.Support customer onboarding processes and maintain accurate commercial documentation.Participate in commercial projects aimed at improving profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.Prepare presentations and reports for internal management reviews.Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial procedures, and ethical standards.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or industrial exposure preferred).Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn commercial operations within a cement manufacturing environment.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.Strong time management and organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
