This position offers a unique opportunity to blend artistic innovation with industrial precision in a fast‑paced, results‑driven manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop high‑quality visual designs for product packaging, labels, safety signage, and technical documentation.Create digital and print assets for marketing materials including brochures, banners, social media content, and trade‑show displays.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with manufacturing and safety regulations.Maintain and update brand guidelines, design templates, and asset libraries for efficient reuse across departments.Translate technical specifications and engineering drawings into clear, visually intuitive graphics for user manuals and instructional materials.Optimize designs for various production methods including screen printing, digital printing, and laser engraving.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and detail.Conduct regular reviews of design outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing feasibility.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with experience in vector graphics and print production workflows.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and brand identity development.Experience creating technical illustrations, schematics, or user interface graphics for industrial applications.Familiarity with manufacturing processes and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO) and regulatory labeling requirements.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation for visual representation.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented, deadline‑driven environment.Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work including packaging, signage, technical illustrations, and marketing collateral.#J-18808-Ljbffr
