OverviewWe are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support our Research & Design team in transforming complex research findings into clear visually compelling reports, presentations and infographics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, has a strong eye for detail and can turn data and insights into impactful design that supports informed decision-making.Principal AccountabilitiesResearch Report & Presentation DesignDesign and format research reports and presentations with clear structure and strong layoutEnsure readability consistency and professional quality across all outputs.Infographics & Visual StorytellingTranslate research findings into clear infographics and visual summariesCreate chars icons and layouts that simplify complex informationCollaboration & DeliveryWork closely with research team to understand content and design accuratelyManage multiple deliverables and apply feedback efficiently to meet deadlinesPerform other duties as assigned by the Direct ManagerFile Management & ConsistencyMaintain well-organized design files templates and version controlPrepare final outputs in the correct formats for digital and print-ready delivery.Qualifications & Required SkillsEducation/Qualification: Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communications or a related field.Work Experience: 3-5 years experience in graphic design ideally supporting research reportspresentations and infographic workKnowledge: Strong understanding of layout designs typography and visual hierarchy with the ability to translate research content into clear visual outputsSkills:Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop)PowerPoint (presentation formatting and reporting structuring)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage revisions and deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
