This is a strategic position which oversees the full spectrum of financial management including financial planning, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, investor relations and the execution of growth initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAdditionally, you will lead investor relations, building and managing relationships with investors, analysts and financial institutions while preparing communications, board materials and fundraising documentation. The role also involves evaluating and executing M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships, conducting due diligence, valuation modeling and integration planning.QualificationsAs a senior leader, you will build and mentor high‑performing finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity and innovation. To succeed in this role, you will bring over 12 years of experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high‑growth tech or digital business with a strong track record in strategic finance, fundraising and investor relations. A deep understanding of financial regulations, governance and global compliance is essential, along with exceptional analytical, leadership and communication skills.
