The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, supporting lead generation, and enhancing digital presence across the UAE, Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, creative flair, and the ability to turn insights into action.ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand StrategyDevelop and implement a growth strategy aligned with the client’s business goalsIdentify market opportunities, partnerships, and positioning initiativesBuild internal growth playbooks and templates to standardise brand, event and digital activitiesDeliver clear, data‑led performance reports to support business decision‑makingDigital Presence & ContentOwn and manage the client’s digital platforms, including website and LinkedInEnsure a steady stream of fresh, engaging, and insight‑driven contentMaintain brand consistency in tone, design and messaging across all channelsOversee creation and distribution of case studies, thought leadership, and industry insightsCampaigns & EventsPlan and execute multi‑channel campaigns in coordination with the Sales teamManage the client’s presence at industry events, conferences, and sector showcasesCoordinate branding, messaging, and follow‑up communicationsTrack and analyse the impact and ROI of campaign and event activitiesLead Generation & CRMSupport sales enablement by producing targeted content and campaign materialsOptimise CRM workflows to nurture leads and monitor sales funnel performanceImplement automated outreach and content strategies to grow the pipelineMarket Research & PositioningConduct competitor, sector, and trend research to inform strategic positioningUse insights to identify growth gaps, messaging improvements, and digital optimisation opportunitiesContinuously monitor and refine positioning to ensure alignment with market expectationsExperience Required4+ years’ experience in marketing, growth, or commercial strategy rolesTrack record of managing B2B digital channels and delivering marketing campaignsConfident using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, PowerBI and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerStrong understanding of content marketing, brand storytelling, and performance trackingExperience managing events, both online and in‑personBackground in consultancy, fast‑growth environments, or digital industries is highly desirableQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related fieldCertifications in digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plusPersonal AttributesData‑driven with a creative approach to brand and campaign strategyExcellent communicator with strong organisational and follow‑through skillsAble to collaborate cross‑functionally and manage multiple workstreamsProactive and confident in working autonomously as well as part of a teamWhat We OfferCompetitive Salary: Base salary commensurate with experience, plus performance‑based incentives.Career Progression: Clear pathways for career development and progression within the company.Training & Development: Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role.Supportive Culture: Join a collaborative, friendly, and ambitious team that values work‑life balance and personal growth.28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.Apply for this positionFirst Name *Last Name *Email *Phone *Country *Upload CV/Resume *Allowed types: .pdf, .doc, .docx#J-18808-Ljbffr
