<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Growth Marketing Director – Customer Acquisition (D2C Education), location: Remote (US, Europe, Dubai / Middle East). Sector: D2C Education | Online MBA-level Programs. Stage: New revenue stream inside an Inc. 5000 company. Reports to: Founder / Executive Leadership.</p><p>This is a build-and-own role with uncapped upside, not capped commissions or vanity KPIs.</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>We are leading a confidential search for a Growth Hacker–type Marketing Director to launch and scale a premium 12-week D2C online MBA-level programme priced at $5,000+. The programme is sold globally in English, with customers in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. This is a zero-to-one revenue stream, backed by:</p><ul><li>An Inc. 5000 recognised leadership and development company</li><li>Household-name B2B clients</li><li>A high-profile TED Talks partnership</li><li>Strong brand authority, IP, and warm audiences</li></ul><p>You will own customer acquisition end-to-end.</p><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design and execute the full-funnel customer acquisition strategy</li><li>Launch and scale paid acquisition across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search and YouTube), and LinkedIn</li><li>Own direct-response assets including ad creative, hooks, angles, landing pages, VSLs, webinars, and email</li><li>Build and optimise email CRM flows for nurture, launch, cart-close, and ascension</li><li>Lead rapid experimentation across offers, pricing, guarantees, messaging, and funnel structure</li><li>Optimise CPL, CAC, and LTV with a commercial growth mindset</li><li>Work closely with founders, content, and partnerships teams, including the TED partnership</li></ul><h3>You are a strong fit if you have</h3><ul><li>Proven experience launching and scaling a D2C online course or cohort-based programme</li><li>A premium price point experience of $5,000 or higher</li><li>A 12-week or MBA-level programme structure</li><li>Customers or students in the US, Europe, and the Middle East</li><li>Deep hands-on expertise in performance marketing and funnel optimisation</li><li>Strong experience with email CRM and lifecycle marketing</li><li>A commercial, growth-hacker mindset with strong analytical skills</li><li>Comfort operating in startup mode within an established, well-known company</li><li>Fluent English communication (programme delivered globally in English)</li></ul><h3>Location&Working Style</h3><ul><li>Fully remote</li><li>Candidates must be based in the US, Europe, or Dubai / Middle East</li><li>Time-zone flexibility required for global launches</li></ul><h3>Why This Role Is Different</h3><ul><li>You are not supporting marketing — you own revenue</li><li>Rare opportunity to build a premium global D2C education brand</li><li>Clear connection between strategy, execution, and financial upside</li><li>Significant growth potential as the programme scales internationally</li></ul><h3>Compensation&Performance Model (or local currency equivalent)</h3><p>Base Salary: USD $150,000 – $200,000 (dependent on experience, location, and prior launches)</p><p>On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $180,000 – $250,000+</p><p>Performance Incentives: This role participates directly in the upside created.</p><ul><li>Revenue-based bonus tied to launch performance and cohort revenue</li><li>Incentives linked to CAC, LTV, and funnel efficiency</li><li>Tiered accelerators at revenue milestones (e.g. $1M, $3M, $5M+ annualised run-rate)</li><li>Potential profit-share or long-term incentive plan as the programme scales</li></ul><h3>Start Date</h3><p>ASAP</p><p>Please APPLY ASAP with your resume and for suitable candidates Jonathan Pearson will be in touch.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
