As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and deliver measurable results across the MENA region.</p><p>In this role, you will leverage a variety of digital marketing tools and techniques to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative departments, to implement growth strategies that align with PulseMediaNL's business goals.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop, implement, and optimize growth marketing strategies tailored to the MENA region.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends across digital channels.</li><li>Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (e.g., social media, search engines, display, and email).</li><li>Analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, CAC, LTV) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling marketing materials.</li><li>Build and execute email marketing automation sequences to nurture leads and increase conversions.</li><li>Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement and followers in the MENA region.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.</li><li>Regularly report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.</li><li>Leverage data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) to inform decision-making and drive optimization.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or related fields, preferably within the MENA region.</li><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
