Product EducationConduct engaging theory and practical training sessions in line with brand protocols.Visit clients with Sales Representatives to identify training needs and deliver tailored solutions.Facilitate product demonstrations and in-depth sessions at salons and the Madi Academy.Provide learners with updated materials, tools, and resources.Stay up to date on industry trends, product improvements, and technical developments.2. Customer Engagement & In-Salon SupportGuide salons in optimal product usage aligned with their service goals.Build lasting client relationships through active follow-ups and ongoing consultation.Manage your training calendar independently and ensure timely client visits.Collect and share customer feedback to enhance training outcomes.Deliver consistent technical support through market visits, demos, and hands‑on training.3.
