OverviewHandyman for Maintenance and Repairs in Abu DhabiWe are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and properties. Your duties will include fixing minor electrical and plumbing issues, repairing appliances, painting, and completing other general repairs as needed.RequirementsProven experience as a Handyman or similar roleKnowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systemsExperience with hand and power toolsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprintsStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsPhysical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditionsFlexibility to work on-call or outside of regular business hours if neededResponsibilitiesInspect buildings, equipment, and appliances for necessary repairsPerform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, changing air filters, etc.Repair minor electrical and plumbing issuesFix or replace appliances as neededPaint walls, ceilings, doors, etc.Complete general repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing broken windows, etc.Keep inventory of materials and toolsCommunicate with tenants or clients regarding maintenance requestsFollow safety procedures at all timesBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and travel ticket.
