OverviewA reputable construction company in Sharjah is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties.ResponsibilitiesConduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentryRepair or replace broken or malfunctioning equipmentIdentify and resolve any issues related to building structure or facilitiesRespond to emergency repair calls in a timely mannerCommunicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide appropriate solutionsKeep track of materials and supplies needed for each projectMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areaRequirementsPrevious experience as a Handyman or similar role is requiredKnowledge of basic repairs and maintenance techniques in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electricity, etc.Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional mannerPhysical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasksAvailability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if neededSalary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)Location: Sharjah, UAENationality Preference: Indian (open to all nationalities)Employment Type: Full-timeAccommodation: Not providedWe welcome candidates who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
