HCM Functional Consultant

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Core HR, Performance Management, Grow, Opportunity Marketplace, configuration, security, and reporting (OTBI). The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to implement, configure, and support HCM SaaS solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM processes.Configure and implement HCM modules including Core HR, Performance Management, Grow, and Opportunity Marketplace.Manage system configurations, business rules, workflows, and approval processes.Configure and maintain role‑based security and user access controls.Develop and maintain OTBI reports and analytics to support HR operations and decision‑making.Work with business stakeholders to design and optimize HR processes.Provide functional support and troubleshooting for HCM SaaS applications.Collaborate with technical teams for data integrations and system enhancements.Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support production deployments.Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards for HCM implementations.RequirementsCore Requirements7–10 years of experience in HCM SaaS / Cloud HCM implementations.Strong functional knowledge in:Core HRPerformance ManagementGrowOpportunity MarketplaceExperience in:HCM configurationSecurity setup and role managementOTBI reporting and analyticsExperience working with business stakeholders and HR teams.Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.Experience supporting implementation, rollout, and post‑production support.Nice‑to‑Have SkillsExposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Experience with HCM integrations and APIs.Understanding of data migration and interface design.Experience working in agile implementation environments.Preferred SkillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in cross‑functional and global teams.Experience in HCM SaaS implementations or transformations.Position: HCM Functional ConsultantLocation: UAEExperience: 7–10 YearsTechnology: HCM – SaaS#J-18808-Ljbffr
