The successful candidate will focus on developing Gen AI, AI/ML, and OT/IT integration solutions for industrial customers, driving innovation in industrial automation and information systems.## Duties & responsibilities* Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for AI initiatives.* Lead and manage the AI CoE team, including AI engineers, data scientists, and Gen AI developers.* Oversee the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML and Gen AI solutions.* Drive the adoption of Gen AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, code generation) to improve operational efficiency and create new business models.* Manage multiple AI projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.* Foster innovation and continuous learning within the team, staying updated with AI/ML trends and best practices.* Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.* 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI/ML projects from concept to production.* Deep understanding of Gen AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG) and their practical applications.* Strong technical background in ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).* Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.* Experience in the industrial automation, energy, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
