Our group includes award-winning concepts such as SEVEN Wellness Club, The Dose by Silvena and more — spanning fitness, F&B, spa, retail, and medical wellness.As a digital-first company with centralized operations powered by Zoho systems, we are seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead and scale our people function across the UAE and Europe.Role OverviewAs Head of HR, you will lead all aspects of human resources — from policy and compliance to recruitment, payroll, culture, and performance management — for a fast-growing, multi-brand organization. You will work closely with the COO and department heads to structure the HR ecosystem and support strategic growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HR operations and team management across Dubai and Ibiza locationsStandardize policies, processes, and HR documentation across brands and entitiesOversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, payroll, appraisals, and exitsEnsure full legal compliance with UAE and Spanish labor lawsManage workforce planning and structuring across departmentsDrive performance culture and employee development initiativesCoordinate with finance and operations for seamless payroll and cost alignmentOptimize and oversee all HR processes through Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho PayrollRequirements8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a group-level or regional leadership role.Strong command of UAE labor law; familiarity with EU/Spanish labor regulations is a plus.Experience in high-growth industries (wellness, fitness, hospitality, or F&B preferred)Fluency in English; Arabic, French, or Spanish is an assetTech-savvy and experienced in digital HR systems — particularly: Zoho People, Zoho Recruit and Zoho Payroll.BenefitsLeadership role in one of the region’s most ambitious wellness and lifestyle companies.Dynamic, creative, and mission-driven work environment.Competitive Salary: Competitive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience.Growth and development across international markets.F&B Discount: 50% discount at the club's café "The DOSE By Silvena" for all food and beverages items produced in houseFull Access to SEVEN's Club & Classes: Full access to SEVEN's facilities and a wide range of fitness classes.UAE Employment benefitsUAE Visa for 2 yearsMedical insurance coverage30 days of annual leaveYearly flight tickets to home country#J-18808-Ljbffr
