Achieve your ambitions – join us at JLL!**Role Purpose**The role entails leading the strategic and operational business plans for UAE PDS, aligned with EMEA PDS goals. It includes developing local PDS products to support business growth, attracting and leading a team of industry-leading professionals, and fostering the next generation of PDS leadership. As an integral member of the EMEA PDS leadership, the role is responsible for promoting the value of PDS across JLL and driving scale and efficiency through the local PDS operating platform. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Project & Development Services EMEA and support multiple projects in a dynamic business environment.**Responsibilities**Sales role* Actively network, build and develop client relationships across all markets (Client segments: Corporate, Investors, Landlords and Asset classes: offices, mixed use, hotels, education etc.)* Develop opportunities across all markets into proposals and sales.* Liaise with other JLL expertise and departments to build integrated multi-expertise approaches to solve our clients complex problems (Leasing agency, Capital Markets, Sustainability, Consulting, Smart Building, Design & Build etc.)* Lead bid responses on behalf of Project & Development services, confidently deliver client presentations / pitches.* Manage or supervise contract negotiation process until signature.Operational role* Deliver key strategic Consult / Manage / Design / Build projects for clients (local companies and large international companies) and ensure quality management for other projects* Our key services/products:* Development advisory* Building consultancy* Major schemes (base build)* Project & Cost Management for Investors/Landlord (base build)* Project Management for Occupiers (fit-out)* Net Zero Carbon asset strategies and projectsManagerial role* Be accountable for Project & Development Services P&L profitability and growth* Build and monitor objectives for team members* Organize team staffing* Actively participate to talent acquisition* Ensure rise in expertise and knowledge management* Innovate in new methodologies and new tools* Incarnate leader role towards other JLL departmentsThought leadership role* Be an inspirational leader that influences internally and externally* Represent UAE in JLL Project & Development Services community in EMEA and worldwide* Participate to events, conferences, webinars etc.**Qualifications and experience*** An experienced Project Management leader or another relevant role* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal* Proven track record in delivering projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations* Demonstrated experience in RE fit out / refurbishment / construction project management* Impeccable organizational skills* Capacity to evolve in a multi-expertise, international environment* Previous experience in a client facing environment* A demonstrable track record of implementing projects in the future of work environment* A strong understanding of RE construction environment* The ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced dynamic business* A problem solving and analytical mindset* Appetite to grow and develop a strong P&L* Passion for understanding external trends and best practices**What you can expect from us**You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
