The Role The Head of Retail Operations will oversee store operations, field leadership, and execution standards across the network. This role will be responsible for sales performance, store productivity, and operational compliance. A key focus will be improving consistency, workforce capability, and operational KPIs. The Head will work closely with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive results. The role will also support store expansion and new format rollouts.
