<div><p>Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a strong<b>Head of Sales</b>who can develop a sales strategy, lead the team to outstanding results and scale the business.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement the RWA sales strategy through direct channels and brokers in the MENA APAC and U.S. regions.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to secure exclusive terms.</li><li>Optimize sales processes and financial models (pricing discounts bonuses).</li><li>Build and manage sales channels: B2C brokers and partnership programs.</li><li>Improve conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to generate SQLs.</li><li>Attract and manage partners as well as train brokers.</li><li>Recruit, train, motivate and manage the sales team.
