Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies and plans to maximize sales and profits in the assigned marketsThe role holder will be responsible to handle operations in GCC CountriesWill be responsible for appointment of distributors, export documentation, listing products with retailers, strong relationship with retailers, finalising marketing plan with retailers and distributors.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential export opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.Develop the Sales Strategy for GCC MarketsManage the companys export sales, including pricing, negotiations, contracts, and customer service.Develop the distribution network, identify buyers, negotiate and finalize business contracts.Resolve customer complaints and disputes, and ensure.Responsible for Topline Sales, increase the market shareTravel Globally, Attend exhibitions and conferencesDesired Skills and ExperienceOverall sales experience of over 13-25 years with reputed FMCG companies. Experience of working with Heathy food will be an added advantage.Looking for hands on experience of managing sales in GCC countries of 5-10 years is mustProven track record in building and managing sales and distribution in GCC marketsExcellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills, should be able manage multiple stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
