The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of managing successful operations. As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's hospitality department, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the business runs smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the hospitality department, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest servicesDevelop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and revenueTrain and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service is provided at all timesManage and monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the departmentMaintain a positive and professional relationship with guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectivelyCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experienceDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliersConduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staffCreate and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operationsStay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the businessRequirementsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resortStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of delivering exceptional customer serviceAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong financial acumen and experience managing budgetsKnowledge of industry regulations and standardsFluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plusMust be female and currently based in Dubai, United Arab EmiratesIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Manager looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
