If you are passionate about providing unparalleled service in a luxurious environment we encourage you to apply!ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage housekeeping operations on assigned floors ensuring all areas are cleaned to perfection.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.Train monitor and support housekeeping staff in their daily responsibilities.Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning schedules and checklists.Address guest requests inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to the Housekeeping Manager.Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repair or maintenance issues.Uphold safety and sanitation regulations throughout the resort.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort setting.Strong knowledge of housekeeping best practices and procedures.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work cohesively within a diverse team.Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.Knowledge of cleaning products equipment and safety procedures.Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management Housekeeping Operations or Hotel & Restaurant ManagementBenefitsAs per market standardsRequired Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
